Terms of Service
The Purple Pig Bakery LLC (“we”, “our”) is a cottage food bakery operating out of a private residential kitchen in Orlando, FL. These terms and conditions are set forth to bring awareness to the standard operating procedures. By using our website or ordering our products you agree to these policies.
Liability and Allergies
All products are made in a cottage food operation not subject to Florida’s standard commercial food safety regulations. Please be advised that our products are made in a home kitchen that processes common food allergens including peanuts, tree-nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, and gluten. While we take precautions, cross-contact may occur.
Weekly Drops Ordering and Changing Orders
We have weekly drop orders that have limited quantities. You may place your orders at any time between 9am Sunday and 9pm Tuesday. The ordering window closes promptly at 9pm Tuesday to allow for ample time to prepare orders. Should any changes need to be made to your order, you have until 9pm on Tuesday to contact us regarding desired changes.
Weekly Drop Pick-up
Order pick-up will occur between 9am and 6pm every Saturday. When placing your order, you will be prompted to choose a 30- minute time slot in which you will pick up your order. Address for pick-up will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Weekly Drop Delayed, Late, or No-Show Pick-up
Should you be running late to pick-up your order, please send a text to the number provided on our website or order confirmation email with your ETA. If orders are not picked up, a refund will not be issued.
Weekly Drop Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, you have until 9pm Tuesday to cancel for a full refund. Should we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Special Orders
We are happy to work with you on your special order. Special orders do require a two-week advance notice. Delivery options are available for special orders.
Payments
The following payments will be accepted via the Square POS system: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, debit cards. Full payment is required when placing an order.
Product Quality
Our products are made fresh by hand each week and may have slight variations in color or design. Our baked goods are best consumed fresh. We provide storage instructions on our website under the Shop Products tab for each product.
